Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Health & Safety

Guests should consult a healthcare professional before using sauna facilities if they have any medical concerns.

Action Saunas reserves the right to refuse entry if a guest appears intoxicated or may pose a risk to themselves or others.

Conduct

Guests are expected to treat staff, facilities, and other patrons respectfully. Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Personal Property

Action Saunas accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Action Saunas will have a lost property area in place.

Memberships & Passes

Memberships and prepaid passes are non-transferable.
