Sauna Waiver

By booking or attending Action Saunas, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures and carries inherent risks.
• You confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are physically capable of using the facilities.
• You will not use the sauna if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have a medical condition that may be aggravated by heat exposure unless cleared by your doctor.
• You agree to leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, nauseous, or unwell.
• You understand that Action Saunas is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the facilities, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
• You accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing while using the sauna facilities.

By making a booking or entering the premises, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this waiver.
